Can I get into one of the big 4 with those stats?

I also have some pretty strong EC's but I hear that they don't matter so much for Caribbean schools.
 
Unlikely but not impossible. I had a 3.0 overall (lots of retaken F's / D's mind you) and a 26 MCAT and didn't get into Ross or SGU my first round. I would say you need to bump that MCAT.
