3.3 sGPA, 3.49 cGPA.
50 hours shadowing - surgery
100 hours - clinical research
100+ hours - Sunday school teacher
50 hours - Church leadership

I wanted to know what my chances are for applying this coming cycle. I am starting to volunteer at a hospital this summer and during my gap year, along with a medical secretary job.

By you saying 'gap year' I take it you've graduated already?

Any other ECs i.e. clubs? With your current stats I'd say you'd get IIs then how you fair after is on you :). I do think you'll get accepted this cycle with a boosted application i.e. other ECs, job, etc..

Do I think it's necessary to retake the MCAT? No.
