I am applying this cycle.
Just wondering my chances, submitted my apps all by beginning of August

cGPA: 3.3 sGPA: 3.13 SMP GPA: 3.83 MCAT: 495 (April 2017) and 511 (June 2019) (128/127/127/129)

I have like 150 shadowing hours, 150 hours clinical volunteering, TA and tutor throughout college, tour guide during college, working as a medical scribe and tutoring for my gap year. NY resident.

Did you use the MSAR to develop your list? Your GPAs are low for MD and AMCAS recommends to schools to average multiple MCAT scores. Some do, some don’t and we really have no way of knowing what actual policy is. But everyone that reviews your file will see that 495. Try to get some nonclinical volunteering to those less fortunate than yourself. It will be good for updates or you can use it if you have to reapply. Good luck
 
You could receive interviews from your list since you have a good SMP GPA. You should also apply broadly to at least 8 DO schools.
