Very strong upward trend.

DO stats:
3.54 cGPA
3.6 sGPA

-Shadowed a family physician for 200 hours.
-30 hours with other speciality physicians.
-300 hours of volunteering at a cancer institute.
-Started a small organization with another family member through my former high school to raise funds for two families that had a member of their family diagnosed with cancer. The money helped them pay for some medical costs. We raised $10,000 in donations.
-I substitute teach at my former high school which is in a small rural town and try to help out the teachers with what I was taught in college to help prepare the students better. (The curriculum I was taught at that high school did not come close to preparing me for a University).

I live in Kansas. Would love KU MED in Wichita! Any chances at other MD's like Creighton, Rosalind Franklin, Tulane ,etc?

I definitely think you have a good short at lower tier MD schools! Including your state schools and a few of the schools you listed. Some schools strongly seek people with an interest in rural medicine so they could give you a shot too if that is your goal.

I would aim to apply to probably 20 or so MD schools. If you want you could apply to a few do schools.

Look for schools in the ranges of the ones you suggest.

Do you know of any good lists of those ranges of schools? I never know which ones are credible.
