GOlden. If possible, try to get some more shadowing hours under your belt, but other than that, I got no other tips!3.5 c/s GPA, 515 MCAT biology major from Ohio, went to college in NC
4 years of division 1 college football (obviously largest time commitment)
two years in fraternity leadership position
~45 hrs clinical volunteer/shadow experience
1300 hrs undergrad independent research, now currently in full-time job in research lab until summer 2018
~1000 hrs non-clinical volunteering
two separate week-long mission trips
10hrs/week employment during school
applying to:
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Wright State
Toledo
Loyola
Pittsburgh
Duke
North Carolina
Wake Forest
Louisville
Wayne State
Arizona-Phoenix
What are my chances?

You have so little clinical experience that I can't recommend applying. My own student interviewers would eat you alive.
The mission trips will be viewed as "medical tourism".
Take a gap year to fill in the gap, and then you'll be stellar.
You also need to have NEOMED on the list.
Too late, already applied. Is there no argument to be made for my already full year-round athletic and work schedule being a reason why I can't have thousands of shadowing hours like other people? Genuinely wondering
