Caucasian in NJ
3.5 cGPA 3.4 sGPA
517 MCAT
2000+ hours paid employment as EMT. Leadership position.
3 years of research. Bunch of posters, and presentations, but no pub.
Employment as ESL tutor, language tutor, and math tutor ~200 hours
Volunteer SAT tutor for disadvantaged ~500 hours.
50 hours of shadowing
What schools would be a good fit for me? I have time to do other EC's still. Would you guys suggest anything?

I think any MD program outside of the “Top 20” would be well within reach, especially your local/state school(s).

You may even get an interview at a mode competitive institution, you never know.

I would apply to as many schools as you can afford, but try not to apply to any schools that you feel you wouldn’t be happy attending. That decision is easier said than done.
 
whats your state of residence and ethnicity? do you have an upward trend in your gpa?

White in NJ. Very slight upward trend. Approximately F: 3.4 S: 3.4 J: 3.5 S: 3.6. Unsure if that would count as an upward trend really!
