6. ICU experience as an RN (1k + hours) , Internal Medicine (5k+ hours) Nurse Aide (`1k+ hours)
7. Paid Clinical Trials Research Nurse ( emphasis on clinical ex: admin study drugs, documentation, screening)
8. Shadowed IM physician 50+hours
9. Head of volunteers for senior citizens organization (250+ hours), volunteer for student pipeline program (50+ hours), NYC cares (50+ hours)
10. Regional SNMA member 100+ hours of service
11. 2 Physician LOR, 2 Science professor LOR, one committee packet from post bacc

I know MCAT is my biggest weakness. Not considering retaking at the moment.
