color me impressed. Not an adcom, but with upward trend, D1 athelete, and all your ECs you may not fare so badly. It's okay to reach for the stars as long you keep at least one foot on the ground

The SUNY's accept very few non residents with your GPA. Your reaches are unrealistic. Otherwise your list is good and you should receive several interviews.
