Low 20s will kill you for any MD schools. You Ok for some DO progrmas, but not mine.

You still can do better than Carib diploma mills.

I scored in the low 20's on my mcat. Twice. I improve the second time but only by a few points, still in low twenties. I work in clinical research, have a strong health care background, and work under a prestigious MD currently. I am ok with going caribbean(bc ill work my ass off and succeed) but Id rather go DO. What are my chances? I got accepted into a masters program for biomedical sciences. Should I take that route instead or go for DO/Caribbean?
