Hello, I need a lot of help putting together a school list. Can you give me some suggestions?
  1. cGPA: 3.72; sGPA: 3.65
  2. 510 (127/129/127/127)
  3. State: CA
  4. ORM, East-Asian F
  5. Clinical experience: 1000+ hours scribe and hospital volunteer
  6. Research: 1000+ hours in translational research. 3 publications. 1 presentation. 1 award.
  7. Non-clinical volunteering: 730 hours (non-profit bookstore manager, nursery volunteer, public health intern)
  8. Leadership: Founded organization for health/cultural education. President of student-run internship.
  9. Extracurricular activities: College music ensemble, read to kindergartners weekly, youth group leader, avid hiker/backpacker
  10. Other- Multilingual. Will be medical translator during gap year.
  11. Honors/Awards- Awards for research and academic achievements
  12. Strong PS- Edited and approved by 2 writing professors, 1 science professor, (and trusted friends + family).
What are my chances of getting into an MD this cycle? Should I retake my MCAT?

My current list:
Albany
Northstate
Central Michigan University
Eastern Virgina
Darthmouth
George Washington
Tufts
Toledo
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC San Diego

Central Michigan and Toledo admit few non residents with no connection to the state or region. You could add these schools:
California University
Kaiser
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Georgetown
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Central Florida
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a ~70% chance for a MD acceptance.
