3.74 cGPA, 31P MCAT - comment on my list?

My stats:
Asian female, CA resident (attended UCLA as biochem major)
3.74 cum. GPA, 3.72 BCPM
31P MCAT (11 PS, 10 BS, 10 V)

EC's:
-ophthalmology asst at free clinic (1 academic yr)
-shadowed a rheumatologist/assisting w/protocol development (1 yr, including summer)
-shadowed doctors and surgeons at inner-city hospital (monthlong volunteer rotation) - scrubbed-in on multiple surgeries for a week, followed doctors on rounds, helped nurses w/patient care stuff
-working at info desk in clinic waiting room
-research in pathology lab (2 yrs, including summer) - 2 projects, 1st author of 1 paper (to be submitted this month, co-author on another
-health fair volunteer (4 years) - performed blood pressure screenings; also co-chaired various committees of our group


Which of the following schools should I remove?

I'd remove Brown (prefers regional OOSers), Columbia, Stanford, and Pitt (too reachy). Einstein and Case are just a bit reachy, so I'd keep them as dream schools.
