I have applied to 30 schools and have received 22 secondaries so far. Is that a good sign?

3.81 GPA with a 504 mcat (127/123/127/126)

100 hours hospital volunteering
50 hours volunteering with the homeless
2 semester bio IA
4 semesters working with Service-Learning
2000 hours working in Ob/Gyn clinic
60 hours shadowing in Ob/Gyn and pediatrics
First generation college graduate
Nontraditional student
Texas resident

Share w us your school list.
The number of secondaries is often meaningless as they send them automatically. Sprinkle some reach schools but make sure your list isnt all top 20 schools etc bc then youll just be donating application fees for each of those secondaries

Have you already submitted secondaries to these schools? If not, take off Colorado and Oregon, they only accept high stat OOS applicants.

Morehouse has a mission to serve Black/African-American communities. If you are not Black/AA or you don't have extensive history of service to this community, you won't meet their mission and you should not apply.

Loma Linda is a Seventh Day Adventist school, if you're not SDA, make sure you're OK with the school's religious requirements/expectations before applying.

With your MCAT significantly below the average for MD matriculants, you need DO schools on your list.
