It's tough. I had similar stats and am ORM, same gpa except for 514 MCAT, received no interview at Baylor. You do have somewhat better ECs than me so I'd just give it a shot. UTSW will be challenging as well.
 
Planning on applying to every TMDSAS school. I was wondering if it's worth applying to Baylor with a <10 percentile MCAT score and perhaps slightly above-average ECs?

    • 1200 hours paid basic science research at a local medical school
      • One poster submitted, presenting in one month
    • 50 hours unpaid community health research at undergrad institution - cut short due to COVID-19
  • Volunteering (clinical) – include hours/sites:
    • 150 hours at major hospital
  • Physician shadowing – include hours/specialties:
    • 45 hours primary care
    • 10 hours surgery
  • Non-clinical volunteering:
    • 150 hours in a physical activity intervention at a local low-income public school
    • 100 hours as part of a local organization working with special needs children
    • 120 hours at a local homeless shelter
    • 40 hours part of a local campus volunteering organization
  • Extracurricular activities:
    • Paired with a local member of the special needs community as part of a club at school

Yes, apply to Baylor! Apply to TCU/UNTHSC if their mission/teaching mode appeals to you, but know the tuition is not subsidized so is closer to an OOS private school price.
