3.95 GPA. 28N MCAT. Schools?!

I have applied for D.O. schools but I am wanting some advice on what M.D. schools to apply for. I am a Wisconsin resident. Here are my stats:
-Chemistry major
-3.95 cGPA, 3.95 sGPA
-28N MCAT... 10bs 10ps 8vr
-1.5 years chemistry research.
-2 years tutoring
-Lots of leadership roles.
-60 hours hospital volunteering
-40 hours shadowing
-3 mission/medical trips
