What’s the Medical Brigade? And as @Mr.Smile12 asked- where is your nonclinical volunteering? What did you do as “Volunteer at local LGBT center”? And how many hours?

Remove U Washington since they admit less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Your MCAT of 508 is not competitive for UCLA, SUNY Downstate and Miami. You could add these schools to your application:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
Belmont
TCU
Tulane
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
For DO schools you could add these:
NYITCOM
LECOM
CUSOM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
AZCOM
CCOM
TUNCOM

Maryland.
As @candbgirl noted: actual responsibilities and hours with your shelter volunteering would be very helpful. At this shelter, are you helping to provide healthcare or are you in a role of sharing resources, facilities maintenance, and logistics? You have it listed next to your other clinical volunteering so it would help if you had other consistent community service that is part of your application showing service orientation. Right now it's not clear.

If Rush is on your list, you need around 1000 hours of community service experience. Most desirable applicants for service-focused programs will have devoted a growth year focused on community service and social work. Your profile suggests you took that time to immerse yourself in clinical research.

Is "Medical Brigade" also counted in your "Study Abroad" listing? I understand keeping things vague so you don't get discovered, but you do yourself no favors if you want solid advice.

Have you done any outreach or networking with schools on your list? Do you know if they have MSPA or APAMSA chapters that would support you if you are admitted? What do you think you have in your application that aligns with the missions of the schools on your list? We have already pointed out how many schools on your list do not align with in-state/out-of-state preferences, which you need to know. You also need to be reasonable with schools that you are targeting with your MCAT scores and low community service hours (which place you below par among applicants to those programs).
