3.97c, 3.95s GPA, 507 MCAT School List?

My MCAT isn't solid but I'm trying to aim for a top tier medical school. I'm trying to stay on the Eastern side of the U.S to stay close to family. Any thoughts about which schools would be a good choice?
Major: Psychology concentrating in behavioral neuroscience
Minor: Neuroscience
Some extracurricular activities:
TA for a neurophysiology class
TA for behavioral neuroscience research methods class
UTA for anatomy pre-med lab
Volunteer anatomy discussion for the medical school associated with my undergrad school
2 years of middle school education research (Psychology)
3 years of neuroscience research (2 years of being lead on a project, will be defending a thesis and publishing paper)

Where is your state of residence? With no shadowing or clinical volunteering experience and a MCAT of 507 you have no chance at top tier medical schools or even mid tier schools.
