3 Year HSCP?

Hey all,

I was considering HSCP but my recruiter said that it was too late to apply (halfway through my first year). However, I had seen that there was both a 3 and 3 year option in online info. Wouldn't the 3 year option for MS2-4 with a 3 year ADT repayment be an option?
