Is the curriculum and the pace more jam packed in a 3 year pharmacy school? or is it set up in a certain way that it is the same overall when compared to the 4 year school?

I don't know much about 3 year schools but if they hold courses over the summers, that is one way to condense the timeframe from 4 years to 3.

But how does the 3-year program get those 1500 ACPE(?) hours?

Some students try to get a lot of them in between being accepted and matriculating. So usually the summer right before they begin. Then they'll also try to work some in on weekends and any school holidays.
