440 COMLEX (first attempt). failed STEP 1. i know i'm really limited in what i can pursue with my scores. any advice on what specialties/residency programs are attainable? i am a hard time figuring out how to organize away rotations....
*i came into med school thinking EM but now i'm leaning toward IM or peds.
**i am a much better student clinically and i've done really well on all of my rotations.

Don't assign USMLE, apply FM then do an EM fellowship if you still feel like it. If you passed Comlex on first try you might be able to get community IM or Peds

what do you mean?
i'm just wondering how to use my audition season wisely. i prefer peds and community IM over FM
I mean FM is less competitive following peds and then community IM. If you prefer community IM, apply to 100+ programs

Is that still an option with the merger?
