Your freshman and soph years seem fairly heavily loaded, id be cautious as you want to do well in your basic sciences. Plus Freshman year you will learn about what works best for you, there's a bit of learning curve. Can you substitute some of your humanities in earlier and take either bio or physics later?

I strongly suggest moving some of the harder prereqs into the summer. Some of your semesters are really loaded with tough classes!

Unless you are a super genius and know you can handle it, I would certainly spread out those tougher courses.

Thank you everyone! I really Appreciate the feedback!! 😀
I think I might just take Organic chem and physics during the summer!

Get straight A's your first year, then maybe start thinking about schemes, but even then, not too much. Scheming will not help you get A's or on the MCAT.

This is wrong. Planning will absolutely help you get As and prepare for the MCAT. Scheming helps you take the right class load and take the classes at the right pace/order to be successful.

With that said, your sophomore year is way too heavy, but your freshmen year is ok, many people do that same schedule (I did).

Just FYI, the MCAT is changing in 2015 and you are going to need psychology and sociology classes to succeed on the test and I'm not seeing those.

Didn't even bother to read. Don't bother planning out your schedule this far ahead, some classes will be filled up / you will be unable to get into some of them / time conflicts won't allow you to take some of these courses all together / some of them won't be offered in some semesters.

👍

Just out of curiosity, why are you taking intro to philosophy/ethics after taking other philosophy courses?

Just a general question to why you are taking intro classes in your last semester for your minor? Medical school will take note and will ask the same one I just asked. Make sure you have room for ECs.

I was actually going to say the same thing. I'd recommend moving Genetics into the spring and Physics into the summer. Good luck and don't let that motivation disappear. It's crucial when you're in the "dog days of summer" and you start to feel a little worn out.

You can plan to do that, but doing it is another story. Most people plan to get As. I'd start out light and build up speed. My first semester was Spanish, calc, gen chem 1, and an honors philosophy/writing class. It was 16 credits and a good way to start - I got a 4.0 off the bat.
