I applied to Tufts, received confirmation e-mail, sent them a check and everything. Were you in the fourth batch?

Under the supplemental section for Tufts it says application fee missing.

I'm fourth batch, I just called them... they said they sent me an email July 24th :scared::scared: and said to check my spam..... but I've been checking my email on a daily basis since I applied.... I wish I would have called sooner or ask on here sooner. Going to send out my check!
 
I suppose there is indeed a pause in the interviews. Could it be that they are busy with the new incoming class?

got case western interview today. funny because its sunday. I want to mention that in supplementary I left section blank where they ask why you want to attend case, so i was kinda worried. anyways here is my stat
total gpa/ science gpa: 2.96/ 3.07
AA/TS/PAT/Reading: 23/25/23/18

also I got interview from nova on july 31

Hey fourth batchers! Have any of you guys heard from any schools recently? LOL I'm getting excited that it's getting towards the end of the month!! :hardy:
 
nope.. i just heard from UCSF yesterday that they received my supplementary application which I submitted awhile ago. Nonetheless, the email almost gave me a heart attack. LOL.

When did you submit your supplemental for UCSF? I submitted mine ~3 weeks ago. So hopefully they will be processing it soon! 🙂
 
Just curious. My application was in second batch, but my letters came in late july, which should be 4th batch... Am I considered in 2nd or 4th batch ? Thanks!

4th batch probably if the letters were mailed on the 20th. Freakin transcripts screwed me over because they lagged or I would of officially been in the first batch 🙁

and this thread has been quiet lately.
 
I got a confirmation email today from USC and I should be able to check the portal in about 2 weeks. Anyone with me?
 
Just did my interview at Loma Linda. Not sure what to think of it because i heard from the interviewees, only 50% get accepted or am i wrong?
 
I was also rejected by ASDOH.... sad.... I interviewed with them 2 years ago for class of 2015, but was put on the high waitlist.. but I guess I'm just not what they are looking for...pretty heart broken because I really like the school and the curriculum.
 
i just recently received an interview to NOVA, very excited
 
Just received continuing review email from Buffalo... got this email 2 years ago and eventually meant Rejection... i guess that is 3 rejections so far...hope it's going better for my fellow 4th batchers...

At this point even a rejection letter will make me feel good. I have applied to 10 schools, but no interviews or rejections. Feeling hopeless.
 
Don't worry smilingtooth! It's only the end of August and it's still pretty early to hear from schools. Just give it some time 🙂
 
I am with you Smiling Tooth! I feel like I have average test scores and a slightly below average gpa (my bcp is lowest of the three :/ which sucks). It sucks because I've had to work 30 hour weeks from the beginning of college to pay for everything... I wrote a really powerful personal statement (had some tough family issues growing up) and I have TONS of shadowing, volunteer, EC and work experience so I hope they will take that into account when reviewing my app. Also I am Arabic and fluent in Spanish and Arabic so hopefully that will help me a bit? It sucks because Arabs are considered white/Caucasian so I can't even check a box stating that I am Arabic.

This process has been crazy and it sucks seeing everyone else getting interviews. I applied to 22 schools so I hope 1 adcom can give me the chance at an interview where I know I can do well.

Just have to be patient and hope for the best I guess... Good luck fourth batch!!

nope nothing here.... i have a feeling that this week will be a busy week.... whether or not it is rejections or interview invites for me...

You said in your previous posts that you already got 3 rejections. I was wondering what schools were they? But I hope you get invites this week 🙂

Applied to 10 schools, but nothing yet. I haven't heard from ASDOH either. I guess wait and watch is the name of the game 🙄
 
Man, sorry to hear that. It's ok! You have plenty of other schools who might be interested in you 🙂 I hope to hear from schools soon. Last time I hear from a school, it was 3 weeks ago!

AADSAS mail-out date: 7/17/12, completion for UoP 7/27/12
GPA (science, overall): 3.34, 3.6 (UC Berkeley)
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading/any section below a 17): 21/21/22/24, none below 17
Interview scheduled for 10/4, but they offered 10/4, 10/11, 10/15

Am I in the 4th batch? Mailed out 7/17, so I think I am...but with all the processing delays, most of my materials weren't fully submitted/under review until August. Good luck everyone! 🙂

Congrats!!!! man must feel nice to receive an interview from them! It's a long shot for me, but hey if i don't then I understand. Again Congrats, you are pretty much in already!

Nope not here.... but I thought I saw it somewhere that someone from the 4th batch got one... sucks... cause BU would have been a nice one...

However, I did get an invite from WesternU today! Stoked!😀

just received a supplementary application from U of Maryland, not sure if it means i get an interview when i submit but its definitely good to hear from a school
 
I finally got the supplemental received email from UCSF yesterday... I submitted 8/11 and received the email 9/10 so basically took a whole month.
 
I've only heard back from Western…interview on the 29th 😀 I hope we'll be hearing back from BU soon!
