Since you apply the summer after 3rd year, will medical schools even use your 4th year marks for your GPA?!?!?!

Not for application unless you apply in the spring of your senior year, but anything worse than a C would give you cause for concern about your acceptances being rescinded. Terms of acceptance will be stated when you receive one, however, so what is acceptable senior year performance depends on the school.

I heard from an adcom member that they will sometimes ask students to submit their senior year fall grades if they are borderline. Apparently, the adcom member said that they've actually rejected students who don't keep their grades consistent with their previous transcript.

Take that with a grain of salt though; they are more likely not to ask than to ask for your senior grades.

No. No no no. You will definitely have to submit a final transcript prior to matriculation to prove you've kept up adequate academic performance, completed any further coursework required by the med school, received your degree, etc...

Nobody's replying to this because it's been asked a million times, search before you post and you'll likely get more answers.
