1 from non-science professor
1 from podiatrist
1 from hospital volunteer coordinator

send all or should i just do the 2 science and 1 podiatrist?
 
I think 3 is good enough, some schools only require 2.

Which school only requires 2? Temple's forms indicate they require 4 though I know I was accepted with just 3.

The podiatry letter is probably a must. If all the letters are of equal vigor send the 2 science letters. That's probably the closest to what they ask for. If you believe some of your letters are weak you should consider not sending them. Don't fret it and don't over think it.

Please make sure you proof read everything you send via mail, text or email to the schools, or have someone proof read for you.
