~1300 hours patient registration in ER (not sitting at front desk, going into patients rooms)
Research experience
400+ hour summer research program with poster (continuing research throughout academic year so more hours projected)
future poster at American Chemical Society conference
2 future presentations at school academic conferences
future 1st author pub (unsure if will be after applying next cycle)
15 hours shadowing internal medicine hospitalist, I will get more hours but don't have a specific plan for that yet
200+ (and counting) hours volunteering overnight at women's shelter
Other extracurricular activities
Leadership position for women's shelter volunteering, coordinate student volunteers, arrange/give rides, on-call when students are at shelter
Club lacrosse (player and captain (leadership)), Club Field Hockey (player and treasurer) - unsure of hours, would have to calculate
paid TA for general chemistry and organic chemistry - unsure of hours, would have to retrieve hours from school
Relevant honors or awards
Dean's list - 1st honors
Awarded participation in school summer research program,
Anything else not listed you think might be important
I'm honestly not sure what kind of distribution I need for my school list. I don't think my MCAT is high enough to really shoot for the stars but I want to have a couple of reach schools in there, WAMC at higher tier schools?
