You need more non clinical volunteering hours so accumulate 100+ hours in an activity such as food bank, homeless shelter.

In terms of my other question about gap years, would you recommend taking one or two?
With your metrics, the only reason why you need more growth years is to demonstrate... growth. That comes best through strong, purpose-defining experiences (clinical and community non-clinical). If you are going for name-brand schools, you need at least 250 hours of non-clinical experience (150 would otherwise be fine); high-metrics applicants better demonstrate mission fit with more hours and a clearer vision as a physician in the application.
Furthermore, saving money is important. You may want to take the time to ask other Muslims attending medical school or professionals about resolving the riba issue. See if NHSC or HPSP would work for your vision as a physician. Otherwise, you would need to carefully weigh how important that issue is; $400-500K in debt is no laughing matter. Have you considered alternative careers that would involve much less student debt?
