Coming to the end! My goal is a 240+ (isn't that true for all of us 😉. I have done several NBME and UWSA and my scores have ranged 230-247 (247 was my latest one.)

I essentially want to get through all of FA again and pathomoa again-espeically the stuff that I'm weaker in. I will probably do 1 UW set a day to complete my 2nd time through.

Anything that I am missing? Especially from those of you that have taken it recently, anything you wish you would have covered better?

Honestly, the stuff I didn't know, no amount of covering FA or UWorld would've helped. The exam is a crapshoot--some people get what they are strong in, some people get a less balanced exam that focuses on what they are weak in. I think you're right on point with covering your weak points in FA and Pathoma. Maybe do the 150 questions I keep hearing about, and finish up all the NBMEs since I think there is a high probability of repeats from both. I assume neither would ever constitute more than 4-5 questions, but you pretty much want every point you can get to make up for the obscure crap that will inevitably be on your exam as it was on all of ours. Hope this helps 🙂

Thanks for your response! I am debating whether to take another NBME exam. I have taken 7, 13, and 16 so far (plus the UWSA). I know that 15 and 16 are supposed to be most like the real exam. But I scored pretty well on my last exam, so I don't wanna take a chance at getting a lower score and hurting my confidence.

Any thoughts on the utility of another NBME practice?
