Hey guys i just took the ADA practice test the one from 2004. I thought it was ok. Not too hard but not too easy either. How would u guys compare this practice test since ADA has made it to the real thing? Especially the chemistry's does the difficulty level match that of the real test?

Thanks guys I just want to know what kind of level of difficulty i'm playing with here.

Personally, I felt the real DAT was a bit more difficult than the ADA practice exam and my scores from it and the real deal were pretty close. I do have some friends that felt the practice exam was deceptively simpler than the actual DAT and a couple that felt it was easier.

In general, most people agree that Kaplan's tests are easier than the DAT (especially the PAT portion, and their biology sections leave something to be desired), TopScore is closer in terms of difficuly and in the nature of the questions (but their PAT section is still easier than the real thing), and online services, such as AceTheDat.com's tests are as difficult or more difficult than the real thing (especially their PAT section, but also be aware that their product is filled with errors).

Great post, couldn't have said it better myself.
