A new patient with real mood disorder, transferring care. Euthymic but with some valid and tricky questions to consider about long term meds. Gonna run the case by one of our subspecialists. Looking forward to the convo.
A patient misdiagnosed with bipolar and tagged with personality disorder when they didn't get better--suspect all stems from genuine ADHD. Off everything else and titrating the stimulant. Looks great.
A somatic, anxious patient happy and doing well on duloxetine. Another previous bipolar misdiagnosis.
An anxious patient who was resistant to trying therapy, convinced them to try it for the first time. Several sessions in with a good CBT therapist and realizing how helpful it can be. Still haven't found a helpful med, but can't win them all.
