Unfortunately, my school does not offer labs for A & P. I took both 1 & 2 through the biology department, but will have to take the labs in my major department (exercise science). Will this decrease my chances at getting in a lot of schools, or should I just talk to them about it? I still have two semesters to finish elsewhere if I honestly have to.

Every school is different, but if it comes down to comparing you with a student that has anatomy lab, the other student will have the advantage. However, you should make sure by calling the coordinator for the school where you are applying. He or she will be able to tell you if you require the lab to be considered for school.
