I register for classes tomorrow at a notoriously rigorous institution. It will be the beginning of my second year in their program.
Upon doing the hour-grind, I found that I will be researching 40+ hours/week (work), and going to classes for a minimum of 15 hours/week. I ate an entire year of straight B's for the 2010-2011 session, so these grades are going to be incredibly important.
When I feel overwhelmed by this, I think of my SDN ilk: no doubt some of you are doing the same thing--and more--with families and mortgages and other issues to contend with. It helps me to not feel so alone 🙂
Keep on keepin' on, you crazy sons of guns. Here's to another year!
Good luck!
