ok i dont know about anyone else, but everytime i come to this site i just get discouraged..i see ppl getting interviews and acceptances, and glad for everyone but eeeeffff that...ill just stick to whats going on in my head and hope for the best

besides the obvious "take what you read on the 'net with a grain of salt," if you assume that we're all telling the truth, then this should give you serious motivation to study your butt off for the DAT, do well in your classes, and stay on top of your game.

I don't know about other schools but the average graduating gpa at berkeley as a molecular cell bio major is a 2.7. yea that gpa won't put you at a good stance for any dental schools so don't be the average but I find it peculiar that I've read of so many 3.7+ students on SDN. Hrm...either berkeley is insanely strict with how many A's and B's they give out (unlikely it's just my school) or I'm wrong and I should have gone to another school to get that better gpa OR we have a bunch of liars in the house! I think I smell what the rock is cooking 👍

I felt the same way last year, like people were getting this and that interview, and I felt worse and worse, but I was addicted to the site...

Anyways, I truly believe that you should get what you can from this site. Ask people questions, get advice, and meet other people. It helped me so much and I'm really grateful to have found this site...

Sooooo, if the OP won't be back until he/she is accepted somewhere, why are so many people responding to this post? Do they really think that their response will get read by the OP, or is the OP another one of those "SDN liars" we hear so much about?
