AACOMAS application glitch is refusing to let me apply to schools

My application says that Transcript Entry is Incomplete, and refuses to let me submit to any of my programs. However, my coursework is verified. I called two weeks ago when it happened and AACOMAS said it's a glitch in their system. They said it would take 3-5 business days to resolve, but it's been 10 business days. I am so frustrated and I honestly don't know what to do. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have started to call schools directly to let them know my issue and if there's anything that can be done to expedite the application process. One school said to go ahead and do the secondary application and I am working on calling the other schools. Does anyone else have any further advice?

UPDATE:

I threatened to sue this morning and when I looked at my application just now, it was resolved.

Moral of the story: Threaten to sue earlier.
