I applied in the 2015-2016 cycle and wanted to transfer the data from my application to this cycle of 2017-2018. I requested for the transfer through aacomas, was notified that it worked, but then when I look at the application no data has been transferred. The whole application looks new with no previous info. I emailed customer service and they keep giving me the run around, they are not answering my question. Called them a few times and left messages and they haven't answered. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
