So I have some good answers for the manual dexterity question, but I want to add in video games somehow without sounding like a child. They require extreme amounts of hand eye coordination in my opinion, but I just don't know how to word it. Any thoughts?

Computerized(digital?) hand eye coordination exercises, lol. I actually don't think it sounds half bad.

Lol I'd leave out video games.. anyone can play video games. Keep it unique like playing instruments, art, sculpting, sewing, etc.

That doesn't sound bad. Also in this section since it gives a 600 word count, should it be a list or in sentence form? This is what I have so far: "I play Alto Saxophone and Handbells. I have performed carpentry work. I play golf and have played baseball. I have model building experience, and have performed in general construction activities."
