Hacked by "SusKun" and "Isokorpitx"
If you type "SusKun" or "Isokorpitx" in Google, you see that he/she has hacked NUMEROUS sites before.
Quote from zone-h.org:
"Yesterday the Turkish cracker going by the handle "Iskorpitx", succesfully hacked 21,549 websites in one shot (plus 17,000 as our last update) and defaced (on a secondary page) all of them with a message showing the Turkish flag (with AtaTurk face on it)" - May 2006

WOW!!! I hope that our information has not been hacked.
And if it has, I hope they hand out a couple of acceptances on AADSAS!!! 😀

What losers!! Can the ADEA ever reclaim their URL or is it gone for good? Kinda haunting...

This happened a long time ago by some other group to a website I helped manage. Some friends of mine did some detective work and came across the ISP these guys had. Even found their website somewhere. We contacted their ISP and got them banned and then hacked their website.
Not a pre-dent student but have some experience with the net:
They will get their domain (website) back within a few hours. It depends on what type of security and what server they stored their files on (Personally I believe your files are safe). The only thing you can look forward to is maybe some future downtime or sluggish speeds due to them upgrading their security (since their current one is inferior).
Good Luck,
A fellow Pre-Med

wow what are we paying for if these dumbies at adea can't even setup a tight server with the latest security updates. he probably just exploited the webserver only, it was'nt a root exploit so i guess the data is safe just the site is down.
To make it even more weird.. if I go to the adea site through AOL, it works perfectly.. when I go to it through internet explorer, I get the error message you all got...

It's fixed. I'm sure there wasn't any access to data. Hack jobs likes these are rudimentary, not real hack jobs.
