AAMC practice test vs. real exam

Since the Official Practice test is made by the same test-makers as the real MCAT, does it make sense that what showed up on the practice test is LESS likely to show up on the real mcat (because why would they make it easy for us like that right) in comparison to topics that did not show up. I have a week until the exam and trying to figure out where to focus my efforts.
 
You should be strong in all areas. Trying to guess the topics that will show up and those that won't is a fool's errand. Think of all the AAMC exams, including the real one, as a collection of questions that can test on any of the topics listed. Each version of the exam tests on some subset of those topics but you can't predict which one is which.
