the abbreviations in clinical medicine are too numerous to list here, but lists certainly do exist. some are redundant, though. for instance, i've seen CRF to mean both chronic renal and chronic respiratory failure, although i normally associate it with the kidneys.
regarding the ones with lines over them, i know of only a few:
s = sine = without
c = cum = with
a = ante = before
p = post = after
x = except, e.g. NPO x meds

That abbreviations glossary was huge. It has everything, even stuff that didn't think about abbreviating. Have you looked the rest of the website? The animations are something else.
