My honest guess is no. I have heard so much "non-refundable." You may want to check in the AMCAS instructions.
I would call them up tomorrow, anyway; maybe they will let you use what you paid for this year for next year's fees?

my friend sent in his AMCAS last year, but decided not to pursue it. he tried to get his money back but he wasnt able to. but then again, he didn't try very hard.
