About Barron's AP Biology flash cards????

Hey everyone,

I have a question, Are the Barron's AP Biology flash cards any good for DAT PREP??? I was told to buy them by a friend, but I haven't heard very good things about the Barron's bio review. So please tell me guys if they are any good. If they save me some time writing, I would love that.

It's like 500 cards, so i've been told.
