I'm thinking of applying to dental school but I'm confused about how they calculate science GPA. Does science GPA include only required classes (General chem/bio/orgo/biochem) or does it include other recommdeded classes such as microbiology or genetics?
Thanks~~

gg,

yes those other sci classes you listes are included in the sci gpa. for more info, you should go to www.aads.org. click on the application, and read the instructions. they have all the info you could ever want on courses, gpa, gpa calculations, etc.
