so that "warning message" about no MCAT scores being listed is happening to everyone right?-and we are supposed to ignore it because AMCAS will do that, right?

yes, for sure. I called them and that's what they told me

MCAT scores have always been submitted directly to the medical schools to which a student applies and still will be sent directly. Students, of course, also get copies of their MCAT scores. Thus, the applicant DOES NOT enter the MCAT scores on the AMCAS application.
 
Yes, just ignore that warning
