ABR Recertification

Is anyone on this board annoyed by the ABR's Recertification costs - ~$3,000 every 10 years? Seems an absurd amount, and now if you don't pay they also assess a $100 late fee/year.

How many think it's gross that all the ABR trustees (all academics and no community docs) go to the Four Seasons in the middle of the winter on our dollar.

Anyone up for a passive protest?

dont complain there arent community docs on these boards/committees...there is a reason community docs are in the community...either they wanted to make a good living or they couldnt hack it in academics...either way, i wouldnt want them making decisions for our field.
