when I was a freshman I was taking my first bio class in which we were working on an assignment. another girl in my lab group said she lost her paper and if she could see mine to copy down the numbers (I assumed we all had the same numbers but we didn't). So I gave her my paper she copied all of the numbers and work. My professor realized this, the other girl had previously cheated on a test so she thrown out of the class. I lost five points on the assignment and remember having to sign a paper. Do you think this is listed on my transcript as academic dishonesty? If so what should I do? I'm currently applying through pharmcas and I know it asks about this

It's hard to gauge your situation really. But what kies89 said is the best course of action--contact your school to see if there is indeed anything on your file regarding academic dishonesty. And if you must, probably try to talk to the professor to clear things up.

In my opinion, whatever you signed is probably just a warning. Especially considering you were a freshman and the girl seemed to be notorious for cheating.
