Is this where I'm supposed to indicate that I was on academic probation at one point after finishing a low number of credits the previous semester? They don't specifically list probation on this list, so I'm a little confused. I wasn't charged with anything and didn't have any real disciplinary action taken against me. It's not indicated on my official transcript and I didn't have any kind of hearing. It was an automatic thing that happened because I had not finished enough credits that semester. I didn't have to check in with anyone regarding this, and it was over when I finished an adequate number of credits the following semester. I know I need to tell schools about this, but is this the appropriate section?

If in doubt, I would just mention it. It really isn't going to hurt you much as long as you've been performing well since your probation. Especially in your case since your probation was credit related and not GPA related. I was actually put on probation for 2 consecutive quarters during undergrad.

Thanks so much! I'll mention it because I wouldn't feel right not. I mean they'll see the low number of credits that semester anyway. GPA was also low, but nowhere near low enough to get on probation.

yes, that section is for you to explain why you got on academic probation

I was on academic probation once and was unsure whether or not to include it. So I called aadsas and they said this is one of the things they are asking for. So yes, you have to include it.
