Alright buckle up for some full neuroticism **** guys and gals.

So after busting my ass for half a decade and re-applying I was recently accepted to one of my top choices at a top 50 program. Hurray! But my brain needs something to negatively obsess over so...I went back to undergrad after being out for a few years this past fall semester to satisfy a new pre-req for an MD program I was shooting for (notably not the one I was accepted to). I had a pretty trash semester. My long time (6+ yrs) SO broke things off with me in the middle of the semester and I fell into a bit of an existential whirlpool. I've had some lame problems with mental health previously and fell back into some bad stuff (substances, self-harm, you get it). I ended up withdrawing from a course and landing a C in another, and putting up a 3.25 on the semester, dropping my GPA from a high 3.7 to a high 3.6. It was my worst one-semester total ever, and to make it worse none of the classes were required for my accepted school. I just sent in the transcript this past week. What are the chances my ass gets rescinded? I don't know much about what's grounds and what's not.

Thanks.

I would say your chances of your acceptance getting rescinded are zero. A 3.25 isn't that bad, and none of those courses were pre-reqs for that school anyway. You're going to be fine.

I don't know if I'm ready for the heat...

Zero. And anyways, if they rescinded your ass, they'd probably have to rescind the rest of you, too.

I don't know much about what's grounds and what's not.
Assaults, gun-running, and snafus involving the mayor's daughter are pretty high on the list. You're fine. Chillax.
