Hi , I hope you are doing great. I have also accepted in USC.
I hope you would have received a package requring you to fill in some health history forms and immunization forms and requesting you for the insurance details.I would like to know more details if you have. I would like to know if there is any date on the Health forms that we need to send to USC using the SMART cover that was provided as part of the packet. Also would like to know more details abt the immunization requirements. Can I get this done in INdia. I am currently in India and would like to know this ASAP so that I can get it done. I am nt planning to return to US with in the dead line date of Jan 15th for immunization docs. Can you help me with some details.

Hi amdoct,

I thought colorado does not have rolling admissions. Its deadline to submit the application is January 31, 2007. They mentioned that they would start looking at the applications after Jan 31st. Just wondering how could you get an accceptance so early.
