TOEFL iBT: 101
GPA (ECE) : 3.55
Visa Status: PR
Fresh applicant
Experience: 5 yrs INDIA, RDA Texas 4 months
Schools Applied: UPENN, UTHSCA, UMN, U COLORADO, NYU , BUFFALO, NOVA , TEMPLE, UDM.
Schools offered Interviews: NYU (03/06/08) BUFFALO ( 03/14/08 )
Schools Rejected without an Interview: Upenn, Umn, Temple, Nova, Uthsca
Schools accepted: so far NYUCD👍
Schools attending : NYUCD ....no second thoughts 🙂🙂

Hi akg,
congrats for ur acceptance into nyu.U said u r PR rite, so can u help me with my situation abt the loans plss,
I got my acceptance letter from nyu on march ending.
But till now i have not applied my fafsa application online and just today i came to know that the last date is march 1st for 2008-2009.
I was not sure that i will be accepted or not , so i didnt bother abt the loans.
wen i got my acceptance i called nyu abt the financial aid process last week they told me to wait until i get the admissions packet,which i havent got till today.do they send the admiisions packet also thru regular mail or priority mail?y is it taking so long time?
So can u tell me if i apply now my fafsa application will i be still able to get my federal loans for this year. iam so confused and worried , plssss share some info abt this.

I want infor abt Univ of buffalo from anyone who has got accepted.
what kind of NBDE scores do they accept?do they give a lot of emphasis on GPA?and what is the bench exam like?if anyone has any input about it,please post it here, wud be really helpful to others .thank you.

exp--3 yrs hom e country, 9 mos US.
schools accepted-- BU in the last min. so i declined interiview at TUFTS fr next cycle.. so somebody will b called. have faith in god, everybody will b there.. good luck 2 everyone.

Schools Interviewed: UIC, LLU, USC (So far)
Schools Accepted: UIC (Waiting for other replys, but dont care 🙂
School Chosen: UIC -Of course 100%- Yeh baby!!! 😀😀
