My LOR writers are taking their sweet time writing my letters (they are going to be well written, however). So far, only the two DPM's that I shadowed have written letters, and my university, which deals with letters for pennies on my end, only sends them out when all of the LOR's are collected.
I was wondering if some podiatry schools interview and accept some students without LOR's, or at least gives them time to get the letters together by a reasonable date? Likewise, is being put on a waitlist a possibility for this reason? My first interview is next weekend, and I definitely won't have the letters submitted by then. P.S. yes I have nagged the professors politely every so often.
