accepted to Nova, and UMD dental alumni reception???

Hey guys,
I recieved a call from the dean at Nova the Friday before Christmas letting me know I was accepted...wahoo! I'm pretty happy about it too, it was up there on my top choices and I was impressed by the interview. I'm still banking on Penn but haven't heard anything new since I submitted my fall grades...gotta keep hope alive. Who else is going to Nova? The dean said I'd have 45 days to confirm once my letter arrives...
Now for MD...I got an email today about some dental alumni reception...an invite...which is weird because I haven't even had an interview there...anyone else recieve this?
