Accidentally Checked Previously Applied at Certain Schools that Screen. Course of Action?

I accidentally checked that I previously applied to UCR, UCLA and UCSF, where I am a first time applicant. Course of action? Can I go through AMCAS? What impact does this have on my chances?

Best bet would be to send an email to all schools briefly clarifying you selected it in error, I would think.

Minimal at worst. They might go through their records to make sure you're not lying, but I seriously doubt it is a big deal.
